Bridge provides AI inference infrastructure and API services.
Bridge does not use customer prompts, model outputs, or inference content for model training. Prompt and output content is not retained by default after an inference request has been processed, except where temporary processing is technically required to provide the service or retention is required by law or applicable platform obligations.
Bridge may process limited operational metadata including timestamps, request identifiers, model identifiers, token counts, latency, errors, network information, and billing or settlement records for service delivery, monitoring, security, fraud prevention, capacity management, and accounting.
Bridge may use infrastructure, hosting, networking, marketplace, payment, and monitoring providers as reasonably necessary to operate its services.
Bridge uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data and infrastructure, including authenticated API access and encrypted network transport where applicable.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or lawful governmental or judicial process.
