Lanseq provides inference infrastructure for open-weight models, model gateways, agent systems, and applications.
Lanseq does not use customer prompts, model outputs, tool inputs, or other inference content to train models.
Lanseq does not intentionally retain prompt or completion content as application logs after an inference request has been processed. Inference content may be processed transiently where technically necessary to provide the service. Specific integrations, optional features, security events, legal requirements, or applicable platform obligations may require different handling; where they do, the applicable terms or integration agreement will control.
Lanseq may process and retain limited operational metadata such as timestamps, request identifiers, model identifiers, token counts, latency, error information, network information, credential identifiers, and billing or settlement records. This metadata is used for service delivery, reliability, security, abuse prevention, capacity management, accounting, and compliance.
Provider and platform integrations may use independently provisioned credentials. Credentials may be scoped, rotated, rate-limited, or revoked to protect the service and its users.
Lanseq may use infrastructure, hosting, networking, monitoring, marketplace, payment, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the service. Requests routed through a third-party gateway, agent, marketplace, or platform may also be subject to that third party's data-handling terms.
Lanseq uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data and infrastructure, including authenticated API access and encrypted network transport where applicable.
Information may be processed, retained, or disclosed where required by applicable law, lawful governmental or judicial process, or binding platform obligations.
This policy describes Lanseq's general inference-service data practices. A specific provider integration may have stricter data-handling requirements documented in its applicable agreement or qualification record.
